Padmasambhava, also known as Guru Rinpoche, is one of the most revered figures in Tibetan Buddhism, credited with introducing Vajrayana Buddhism to Tibet in the 8th century.
He is regarded as the “Second Buddha”, embodying profound wisdom, compassion, and transformative spiritual power.

In this depiction, Padmasambhava is shown in union (yab-yum) with his consort, symbolizing the inseparable unity of wisdom and method — a central principle of Vajrayana Buddhism.
